It it is refreshing and helps my breath also smell refreshing especially after coffee etc. I would definitely recommend trying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Extra gum and the spearmint flavor is delicious. It tastes minty fresh without burning and freshens my breath. Of course I love that it's sugar free and the flavor lasts quite a long time. The gum stays soft and chewy without getting hard or stiff in your mouth as some sugar free gums can do. And it's true, it doesn't stick to my dental work, crowns, or fillings.

I like the package size and shape, which makes it easy to pack along in a bag, a coat pocket, or in the pocket of my pants. The flavor lasted quite some time from when I popped it into my mouth, and I noticed that for the entire time I had it in, there was no disintegration like I've seen with other gums when you chew a piece for a long time. There's no doubt I'll be looking for Extra spearmint next time I'm in line to checkout at the grocery store!

By far my favourite flavor of gum. It's not super strong like some other brands but stays minty and fresh for a long time. I always reach for this one in the stores and love getting the value pack that comes in a convenient plastic container. Can't recommend it enough!

It has been of great use in the afternoons after lunch when I do not have time to brush my teeth at work, but need a fast, reliable option to freshen my breath. I greet several customers during the day, so bad breath after lunch is now the least of my worries. The only thing I did not like about this product is that clearly the packaging was made for 9 packs, so it seriously looks like you've been robbed of a pack of gum when you first open it.
