Hard to understand instructions.

Timely and great communication with the delivery

Seems really old school but, it worked so, that all that mattered and it was cheap

Still trying to sync the remote with my tv or Direct tv remote as it states it can be done

... easy install but info booklet is small and could be difficult for many to read.

horrible . cant wait to return it- stopped 3 times first time it was used

Couldn't be better for the money. It's worth twice as much and easy set-up.
