the sony hdmi player is a good one i like it but the hdmi port did not work.so i have to use the av cables.other than that its a good dvd player.

Very unhappy with this Sony DVD player. It does not play double layer DVDs well at all. I expected something better from Sony than what I got.

Fast hookup & great picture with just regular cables...I could see a big difference on some movies when I used the hd cables. I highly recommend.

Replace the same unit from 10 years ago. Very slow to respond as before, picture is good. Not too many options in this category.

Sleek design and easy installation and connecting to tv. Would suggest a large ON light so we can tell if it's ON!

Just what I needed as my old one died of old age. Great product and 4k upscale is fantastic.
