Really works well. Very pleased with this one

I am a Sony fan. This is my second one in 15 years. I like everything about this DVD player!

I bought this DVD player about 7 months ago, and after 4 months the HDMI port went out. now after having it for about 7 months it lost color when using AV cables. Going to order a second to see if I just got a defective one. and in case anyone thinks it might be the cords, I tried other cords that I was using with other devices that I know worked and the cords did not fix the problem.

we purchased this DVD player for our trip to Mexico so we can watch something at night. Here for 3 months and 2 months of using the player, it doesn't read the disk anymore. Still have a month to go and like Every Sony product it carps out. No more Sony products for me.

good product

I have bought two of these models in less than 2 years. Each time I've had the same issue of it working perfectly fine, then one day out of no where it no longer is able to read discs. I have opened them up and found that the motor that spins the disc goes out quickly and the cost to repair it is essentially the same as the cost to replace it entirely. Not worth the once a year replacement costs.
