I was actually surprised about how much that you can fit into the basket. I have used this probably about six times and the only thing that I don't like is I have to usually cook it a little bit longer just to either get that crispiness or make sure it's thoroughly hot. It could just be because it's still new and it still has to work through the preheats but after six or seven times of being used I'm not sure. It is very sturdy so I don't have to worry about the kids come in and bumping into it or pulling the basket out and potentially burning themselves it is nicely snug in there. The controls are very easy to use but the other thing that I'm not a fan of is you have to preheat it and then put the food in with previous ones I've had you put the food in set everything and it did it all in one so I'm not a fan of waiting for her to preheat.

First off, this model is not listed on Gourmia.com so additional info isn't to be found.. The unit itself is sleek, semi compact for 7 quarts, easy to program and operate. Cooking modes run true to temperature, timer is relatively accurate. Silicone accessories are also a godsend for ease of use and cleanup. We prepared a breakfast and a dinner on separate occasions. Preheat is quick and easy, the turn food alert is handy as opposed to clock watching. Clean up of residual grease etc. was very easy. Recipes and cooking tips are lacking, as I had to look up over medium eggs and hash brown patties on the internet; hash browns needed more time to crips but worked well when adjusted. The eggs left something to be desired, as the tops were crispy and tough, and the bottoms were Sunnyside (up when turned onto plate). Recipe needs tweaking. Fried fish and tots cooked nicely in the same basket together; turn the fish, stir the tots, finish cooking. Both turned out superb. I was surprised at how much oil leached out of everything during cooking, especially compared to what would have been absorbed using other cooking methods (I did not oil anything except the egg molds, lightly). All in all, I look forward to experimenting with this unit as time goes on. I have never been a fan of air fryer, but this one may have sold me.

All I can say is wow! This air fryer looks so sleek and fancy! I love the silver touches on the front. I've used many different fryers before and this one is by far the best. It came with a recipe book which I will be using for inspiration of new meals to try, it also came with a few different accessories so you can make egg bites, muffins, brownie bites, etc. I can't wait to try a bunch of new foods in here! It's so quick and made my vegetables delicious!

Very quiet while cooking. Would have given it 4.5 stars if I could do a half. The silicone liners are great. They keep the bottom of the air fryer clean and are very easy to wash up. Cooked raw chicken in it twice. The first time it came out perfectly, however the second time it was overcooked. Very nice air fryer!

Pretty impressed with the quiet operation. Reheating food works well and lots of additional options beyond that including dehydration. Nice recipe book included along with a silicone muffin tray, cooking basket, and egg tray. Touch screen functions work well. One thing I would like is a cord organizer but the length is not crazy long.

Love love love this Gourmia! It comes with 3 new silicone accessories that allow for me to cook inside the airfryer. I love the cupcake accessory to make 6 cupcakes at a time. It alerts me when it is done pre-heating, to add food and to flip the food too! The best! Easy to clean and maintain.

I've had a few different air fryers throughout the years and i have to say this Gourmia is great. My fries and chicken were perfectly crispy. The airfryer isnt too bulky like others i've had in the past. Its decently quiet and easy to setup. I like that it includes the silicone accessories. Look forward to using those as well.

I've been using this Gourmia 7-Quart Digital Air Fryer for a couple weeks now, and I'm really impressed. It was easy to set up, and the digital controls are straightforward enough that I didn't even need to keep the manual handy. The 7-quart basket is the perfect size for making dinner for my family without having to cook in batches. So far I've made chicken wings, French fries, grilled chicken and cheese sandwiches, roasted vegetables, and even reheated Chick-fil-A chicken strips, nuggets and waffle fries, and everything has come out crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly on the inside. The included silicone accessory set was an added value. They make clean up easy and keep the inside of the air fryer clean. A great addition to the kitchen!! Buy one for yourself and get more for gifts. The family will love using it.

I have really enjoyed how this airfryer works having previously owned an air fryer pressure cooker combo I definitely noticed the difference in how this performed. It gets everything crispy and is lightweight and easy to clean. It Cooks everything fairly even and has a pretty decent capacity for food. I did deduct a star for a few reasons. I was really excited that this came with the silicone accessories, however I was disappointed that even with the recipe book provided none of the recipes really catered to the silicone attachments and regularly referenced a square metal pan that you could use and add into your Air fryer. I feel like if these were an add-on that they were using as a selling point, some recipes and how to use them for people who don't know how to use them should have been included in the recipe book. In addition, the recipe book includes temperatures and times for air frying and dehydrating but there are several other features that are included on this air fryer and those times and temperatures are not referenced and I think that would be helpful to people learning how to use an air fryer although I know how to use one I know many could benefit from this. Another complaint I had was inconsistencies with the manual and the recipe book saying things such as not to add other things in the air fryer while simultaneously telling you you could add a metal pan into the air fryer and telling you a cooking temp for one item in the recipe book while having a preset for the same item 50° higher. Essentially my issues are more with the accessories, the manual, and the cookbook included. Overall it does meet its intended use and is great for air frying.

This air fryer is GREAT. It came packaged really good and is sturdy. I love the design as it is sleek and although it looks small, the basket can hold a nice amount of food. Wasn't anything to put together as it worked right out the box. It's also very easy to use. The air fryer came with 3 accessories that are great for baking and just cooking in. It didn't take long pre heating. I tried making fries in it as I am a fry lover and they came out sooo crispy and brown. In addition, the air fryer is not loud. It has a very low sound which I also love. I don't have to yell when talking to my family anymore when making something in the air fryer. I would definitely recommend!! 10/10!
