[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off let me say that this is an awesome product! Out of the box it was pretty straightforward to assemble. It has 8 different swing settings and you can position the rocker portion so that the movement is either side to side or front to back depending on baby's preference. There are six different speeds and you also have the option to use vibration, classical music or white noise/nature sounds to calm your baby. The fabrics are nice and cushioned, my little guy seems very comfortable with the way the swing cradles him. We've been using this for over a month and my now 4 month old is always super content in this swing! It keeps him entertained while I get dinner ready or fold laundry. My favorite feature is that you can detach the rocker and move it about the house, making it a very versatile product and super convenient. I love products that serve two purposes as they take up less space and simplify the need for more baby gear. I also like that the footprint is smaller than other baby swings we've had that were tripping hazards with a huge base. The only con I've experienced is that I feel like the movement is a little more jerky than a traditional swing especially on the lower settings. It's not a concern for me but I imagine it makes the swinging sensation a little different for baby when compared to other swings I've used. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the chance to try out and review this awesome product!
The Fanciest Thing in My Nursery
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I received our Graco Soothe My Way for free from Stellar Review. We set it up the day we got it and it was super simple. We found a convenient spot next to a power source plugged it in and we were ready to go. One of our favorite things about the swing is the buckle. It was so nice not having to loop our daughter's arm through a strap. The three-piece buckle made it easy to get her in and out. The motion of the swing is very gentle and all of the different patterns were great. We weren't very big fans of any of the noncircular patterns because they could be a little jolting once they changed direction. We also really like that you can choose between white noise and music as music can get stuck in your head and the variety is nice. We haven't really detached the chair from the swing at all and haven't had to wash the cover yet. But it seems like it would be easy enough to remove to wash and to use as a separate chair. Our daughter only took a small nap in the swing once because we didn't want to make a habit out of it. We found that the chair was perfect right after a bottle to help settle her tummy. Overall she only really lasts about 10 minutes in the swing per session. Our daughter was 5 months when we got the swing and we have had the swing for a month. The added "toys" are not that engaging for our daughter and they aren't really long enough for her to touch while she is in the chair. But they do briefly catch her attention. We have an older daughter who is about 30lbs and she was often trying to climb into the swing so that is something to look out for if you have older ones.
So close, but not quite right for me...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this swing to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I was very excited to try it, as I've used one of GRACO's other swings a lot, but this one included a smaller footprint and a different kind of motion which I've heard is great for babies who like the car. Unfortunately my daughter was not impressed. However my daughters preferences aside there was a lot to love! I allowed my sister to use it as well with her son who loved it so I think it just depends on the baby. From my experience using it with both my nephew and daughter here's what I loved: -first of all the footprint is fantastic and my favorite feature by far! I love my older GRACO swing but this one takes up so much less space! And because it's so compact it's also extremely easy to move from room to room. -which brings us to my second thought; it's very convenient to have the easy lift off rocker. I will say, I don't use it that often which I'll explain in the cons. -thirdly the padding on this is far more sturdy and thick than some of the other swings I've used or seen and definitely an upgrade even within the GRACO brand. The whole thing from pedestal to rocker to padding was all well built and sturdy and extremely easy to assemble. -the toys and color pallet are so cute and fit a more stylish nursery well! -last but not least I tried every motion setting and the unique wide range of options was fabulous which my nephew enjoyed. It's also really nice that the seat can be face forward or sideways so it doubles the motion options to 16. My daughter wouldn't sleep long in it but I've come to believe it's because she needs the G-force you get when in a traditional swing which is not present in this pedestal style rocker. Okay now for the cons and I'm bummed about this but there's quite a few: -the biggest problem is the cord is quite short. It really has to be right next to the plug in to reach without an extension cord so my behind the couch outlet was not an option by itself. -the rocker motion must be off to put your baby in and when you turn it on it takes a few seconds of adjustments before it begins moving. For me that's a big problem because I have to put my daughter into an immediately rocking swing or she wakes up and the adjustment motion is not soothing it's rather jarring. Also some of the motions themselves have jarring transitions. It also started making more noise after a while because when I tried to put her in while it was in motion it jammed it up and I think caused some noisiness while in motion that wasn't there to begin with. It started off rather quiet. -the most disappointing feature to me was the nature sounds. You can choose which one to start with by scrolling though but then it just cycles through all the sounds so if your baby likes one and not the other you can't just use that one unless you sit next to it and skip all the other sounds every time they come on. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a swing to occupy or keep you baby asleep. -also the swing shuts itself off after I believe 4 hours of continuous motion which if you have a baby that otherwise would sleep 5 to 8 hours is not great because when it does she wakes up after a few minutes. -the display was also extremely bright which is great except that it lights up the room so baby or anyone else have trouble sleeping unless it's covered up. -lastly I don't use the removable rocker often because I can't always be rocking her on my own and the vibration feature built into it is rather violent and didn't help sooth my baby or nephew at all. In the end I was able to find ways around most of the cons and liked the GRACO Sooth My Way Swing, but my baby did not and her opinion was the one that really mattered.

Not satisfied
We bought our swing about a month ago and used it every night all night long. One night the lights flashed blue and then stopped working. Our baby will only sleep if she is being rocked…that's why we spent the extra money on a product that would do it for me. Not thrilled that it but the dust after just a month.
Best Swing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried numerous swings from a variety of brands and this one is by far my favorite. It was easy to assemble and I love that it's multi-purpose with the removable rocker. That is a very innovative concept. It allowed me to move her from room to room without having to transfer her from one product to another. My daughter was a little older when we started using it, but she still enjoyed all the different settings. The different speeds were very helpful depending on her mood and how much soothing she needed. She found the swing very cozy. I received this swing as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but would 100% recommend to my friends looking for a similar product.
Worked great but died after 5 months
I have used this daily for my new born but after 5 months, the swing will not turn on. About a week ago, the push buttons would flash blue when I tried to turn it on, but now it won't even do that. This was way too expensive to quit working in less than a year.
Disapointing
I bought this chair in 2018 while pregnant but had a miscarriage. It was stored in the house in the future baby's room. It was still in the box until this summer when I finally gave birth to my first child. We loved it and used it for 5 month and them the chair just stopped moving, no swinging anymore. For that price I was expecting it would last much longer !!! Very disapointed
