My daughter doesn't like for me to put her down, nor does she like to sleep anywhere but in my arms...until this swing. We love everything about it - the different motions, then vibration, the removable seat, the music, and even the sleeker:space saving design!

First time of use and it was already making the squeaky sound. We brushed it off as it wasn't that bad. After 4 weeks it's acting like it's bogged down and is super jerky when going up and down. It's so bad it wakes the baby. We only use 1 setting that just goes back and fourth. For 200 I want to use all settings. Very dissatisfied

The color is lovely, and the mobile slides conveniently aside when placing baby inside—a thoughtful design win. Cons: The base turned out bulkier than anticipated, and despite its removable rocker feature, it's far too heavy to move around easily. If you need something ultra-mobile, I'd suggest skipping this and opting for a compact option like the Baby Bjorn bouncer. Additionally, the motor is louder than I'd hoped, and while the ambient sounds fell flat for me, the music provided a pleasant distraction from the hum of the motor. Overall: It was a hero for those first three months when my baby actually sat still, but once we hit the wiggle stage, it became obsolete. If you're already convinced you need a swing, this is a solid choice. However, if you're on the fence, skip it altogether—go for a lightweight, longer-lasting bouncer instead. Practical, compact, and perfect for your growing little one!

I have 4 kids and we got this baby swing for my 4th and it's the worst one by far. If I could give this swing negative stars I would. I worked okay for about a month maybe a little longer but was never a smooth swing and now it gets jammed or misses the gears inside. I'm not sure what its doing but it stops working atleast 1 time per day. I have to take the chair off and force it to move until it catches and starts working on its own. If my baby is in it and she kicks or moves alot it will stop working as well. My daughter is 8 months old and we have had issues with this swing for 5-6 months. It's an absolute piece of crap.

Just purchased, I had my daughter on August 12th three day's into using the swing a high pitch squealing noise appeared and has since gotten louder. We are unable to use any of the swing settings accept for the "circle" icon now with the awful noise and overall jerky movements the swing now makes. Very sad especially considering the price on this swing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Graco Soothe My Way Swing is a very innovative take on the traditional baby swing. My favorite feature and what makes it so unique is the detachable rocker seat that can be used to move around the house as baby plays or naps. I appreciate that the seat has different reclining positions to accommodate different levels of neck stability. The five point harness is much safer than a typical latch at the hip. The cushion is made of soft, comfortable material that is machine washable which has been invaluable for spit-ups and accidents. My baby always looked comfy sitting and playing with the toys hanging from the toy bar. I like that I could add more of his favorite toys to the ring at the top of the toy bar. This is a nice feature for babies that get bored easily such as mine. When the seat is attached to the swing base it can attach to the stand facing four different directions which is convenient. The swing itself has an incredible amount of different ways the swing moves which is another very unique feature about this item. I appreciate the many choices available other than just side to side which gets boring or doesn't work for soothing after a while. My baby especially liked the curved motion. The vertical squiggle may have been a little choppy but overall the swing was smooth. The options for music and nature sounds is also a nice addition. Overall, my baby and I loved the unique features if this swing and detachable rocker and I would definitely recommend this item. Here it is- this swing is fabulous! I was gifted a swing with my first child about 6 years ago and my daughter never really liked being in it. I'm so glad we were asked to try this one because I probably wouldn't have proactively bought another one to try. My son absolutely LOVES being in this swing. While it has a removable option, we've preferred to use it as a swing. Assembly was easy- I did it on my own in about 20 minutes. It has 8 different motions and they really work to soothe my baby when we can't hold him and he's a bit fussy. We found one really mimicked the motion of me swinging him in my arms but I could finally put him down! We found the music to be pleasant although we don't really prefer it on. All in all I would definitely recommend this product. For the price, you get two in one and it's been a life saver. A definite registry favorite!

We love it so much, we're buying a second one so we have one for each of our twins. We have tried several baby swings and bouncers, but this one is by far our favorite. There are an abundance of settings for motions and sounds, making it perfect for all kinds of babies. The fabric is cozy yet durable, and the structure is one of a kind. It's so convenient to be able to remove the rocker to move with me as needed. I love this Graco swing, and would recommend it for everyone.

My first impression of this swing was that it wasn't that cosmetically appealing but had a very small footprint and I liked the idea of that.The swing appeared to be very soft and comfortable. I placed my baby in the swing and turned it on, and he fell asleep very quickly, so clearly he enjoyed it. I liked that it had different motions because motions aren't a "one size fits all" per say with babies. I enjoyed that I could also add in music or sound to block out background noise to keep him asleep. What I really loved, is that when it was time for me to leave the room to go do laundry, I was able to lift my sleeping baby without disturbing him by my removing the removable rocker and bringing the rocker with baby in it to the other room with me. Love this feature and because of this, I highly recommend to all new parents.

I really love how compact this swing/rocker combo is; it fits in even the smallest space! The swing is well-made with soft fabric and a sturdy base, and my daughter seems very cozy in it - you can even adjust the recline position. It is also fantastic to be able to remove the rocker portion to take the baby with you when you're moving rooms. That said, my daughter wasn't as big of a fan of this compared with a traditional swing. This is a motorized movement, so it is not completely smooth or silent (it's pretty noisy when in motion). She likes it for little bits of time, but she loses interest quickly and has never fallen asleep in it (or even become drowsy).
