Convenient & easy for travelih
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about three months ago while I was pregnant for my son. This product is easy to use as a swing or rocker and my baby loves it! It is portable and easy to remove. love the color and material.
Mom must have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this swing with 3 of my 4 children! And it was such a life safer! It turns so your baby can swing in either direction and it vibrates and sings several songs. But I have to say my favorite feature is that the top is removable and you can take baby with you wherever you want, without waking them up. And the vibrate features is on that part of the swing , so you can soothe them! Absolutely love!
Love it, and will keep recommending it!
I'm the most indecisive person ever so picking any baby items for my registry took forever, but the swing took the longest as in my eyes it was one of the most important items to choose. I spent HOURS researching different swings, reading reviews, watching videos and more. I am so glad I went with this one. I was a little nervous about some of the negative reviews about the noise it makes and the quality of the music, but ultimately picking this one was for-sure the best option for me. Pros: 1. You can just take off the top part and use it as a rocker so you don't need to buy two separate items. This was important to me so that I could take her around the house with me (shower, etc..) 2. So many different settings for movement. I just realized that if I put the top part (rocker) sideways it added even more ways to move. (Should have read that in instructions). 3. Doesn't take up much space at all. 4. Very soft and comfortable for baby. 5. Reasonable price considering it's a swing and rocker. Cons: 1. It is a little bit loud, not enough to bother me or my baby but all babies respond differently to noises. I just don't think it's loud enough to not get it for that reason only. 2. The music option is not the best, the songs are actually quite bad and don't sound so good. The other sound options isn't too bad though, and I do use that. Either way, It's not too much of a problem for me as a I have a sound machine anyway, and you can always play anything on your phone so it should be the thing that keeps you from buying this great swing. 3. The pad has some fuzz balls already. Again, easy fix with fabric shaver. Anyway, to me the pros absolutely outweigh the cons. I just recommended it to my pregnant best friend and might just buy it for her for her baby shower. I'll keep recommending it as it's a great product.
Graco soothie
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this product as a part of the stellar product testing panel and I loved the style of this swing. The seat is almost like a cocoon for my baby- which helped him sleep! The fabric is soft and you can change the incline angle which was also awesome! This all in 1 rocker and swing is very compact and doesn't take up a lot of space like traditional swings which is my favorite part about it! I used many of the soothing settings- and my baby loved hanging in the swing and would often fall asleep in it! I would only give it a 4 star because the removable rocker was kind of tough to get off the base- especially when baby was sleeping and I wanted to transport him! It makes a click and I had to give it a good tug which often woke my son.
Great swing

Soothing swing with apparent quality issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this swing, but unfortunately it falls short of a 5-star rating. My son was three months old when I received this swing (courtesy of the Stellar Product Testing Panel), and my only swing experience prior was with an eight year old hand-me-down swing from another brand. It has two speeds and two songs - the bar was set pretty low! I expected this new Graco swing to blow my old one out of the water. After a few weeks of use I found it did a great job of soothing my baby, but it is hard to look past some of the quality issues. It took me about two hours to fully assemble the swing, which was more challenging than I anticipated! When I first put my son in it, it was clear that the shoulder straps were far too short, even when adjusted to their longest setting. I could barely squeeze him in - and he's only 16 pounds! There was plenty of give with the waist straps though. The plastic buckle is also cheap and very hard to depress to release the harness. I needed my husband to come over and do it for me. I used the waist belt portion a few more times - thinking that the buckle would get “broken in” over time - but I still was unable to depress the button enough to release the harness. So I stopped using the harness entirely. I normally use a white noise machine when my baby is sleeping or taking a nap, so I was looking forward to all the songs and nature sounds this swing offered. The sound quality is extremely poor though, and makes the feature unusable. Sometimes when the vibration is on and swing is in motion there is a metallic buzzing noise, but I've figured out that there are certain settings where this doesn't happen so we can avoid it. The movement can also be a bit jerky, but baby doesn't seem to mind! The removable rocker is a great concept, but it's pretty heavy and cumbersome to take around the house. So I've primarily just used it as a swing. It is nice though that you can reposition it so baby can face different directions and sit in different reclining positions. The best thing about this swing is the great variety of motion settings and speeds. I love the depth and round shape of the swing because it feels like my baby is more secure, and it mimics the sensation of being held. Some of the movements are akin to you holding and rocking your baby, which is typically what my son wants and soothes him quickly. The cushion is nice and soft, and removable for easy cleaning. This swing does a great job of soothing my baby and lulling him to sleep. It is comfortable and has a wide range of motion settings to accommodate any baby. There are some quality issues, but at the end of the day I would recommend the Graco Soothe My Way Swing to anyone in the market for one.
Love versatility but swing is making loud noise
I love this swing! All of the options are the best feature of this swing. My son actually prefers to be in his swing more then being held. It really helps to calm him down for his little cat naps. I do work from home so it is nice to be able to pull the chair off and use it as a rocker. The only complaint I have, is that the swing now makes a loud screeching type noise. We've tried each of the different motion options. The noise is louder on some of the options and quieter on others. But, unfortunately the noise is present with all of the swing movements. We've only been using this swing for a little less than 4 weeks, so it is disappointing that this is happening already.
It's good, but could be better
I really like all the different settings for movement this swing offers. Seems to be comfortable for our son. There are a few things that I do not like: 1. The swing should be less noisy. 2. Movement isn't as smooth as it should be. The swing shakes a little as it swings. 3. It's so hard to get the rocket out of the base. It's a hassle that we don't like to fool with, which is a shame because now I'm looking into buying a separate rocker/bouncer. If we have another baby, I think we will end up buying a different swing that doesn't have the cons outlined above. Overall the swing is ok, but there are better options out there for the price.
We love it! Baby took some time to get use to it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we liked the swing/rocker! We got it when our baby was 11 weeks old and had tried out a few bouncers to see if our baby liked them but hadn't tried a swing yet. Our baby initially wasn't super sure of it, but overtime has started to like it more. Pros: -The infant seat part has nice padding and, although we haven't had the need to yet, seems easy to wash off. Our's came with some wrinkles in the fabric that were easy to steam out with our steamer. -The harness keeps baby safe and is easy to adjust and attach. The "button" to release the straps can be a little stiff in the beginning though. The shoulder straps of the harness are also padded just enough and can be removed since, let's face it, baby is going to drool or spit on them. -The swing moves in 16 different ways, 8 per each direction you can set the removable Rocker on the stand. So there is bound to be something for every baby. -The swing motor isn't loud. - You can remove the rocker to move baby into different rooms with you without having to bring the entire setup. - The rocker isn't super heavy. I am able to move it around with one hand. -The chair/rocker portion of the swing has different settings so baby can either be laying more vertically or horizontally. The buttons to adjust this are on the side and while my husband has no issue with adjusting the seat portion I felt it was a little awkward since I needed to use my knee to push the chair down if I wanted the baby to be more vertical. Maybe with time this will be easier! But I love that this has the feature to adjust. -It is made well and we haven't had any issues. All of the parts are sturdy, the only thing that isn't really is the "pole" holding the little toys. That is plastic. Cons: - Some of the motions are a little jerky or the movement from the end of the movement back to the beginning wasnt a smooth transition. On one of the movements it reaches the end then raises the baby back up. It would seem better to just reverse the pattern from the end instead. -The music. I dont know who decided that these should be the music options, but we honestly don't like any of them except for Canon, and that's only because I like the song.. but for a soothing baby rocker/swing I expected the songs to be more.. soft. The music options are pretty upbeat, so we don't actually use the music option at all. The white noise options are better for us since there is one waves/wind option. - I felt the hanging toy part could use some improvement.. the hole in the middle seemed like wasted space, like there could be a mirror or something there to keep baby entertained. Our baby really has gravitated towards toys she can reach, like toy bars and whatnot. The toys on this are more like a mobile so she can't reach them and tends to get bored quicker on this if we don't give her one of her toys to entertain herself. Again, overall I think it is a good product. We have enjoyed using it so far and will continue using it until our baby grows out of it! ** I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. **
My son loves this!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our in laws purchased this swing for us, I was hesitant at first about trying the glider type swing and opposed to the pendulum style but he LOVED it. The only thing I didn't like was that after a while the swing became very noisy with every movement.
