These cases are smooth and silkie letting your head glide on the pillow with little to no pulling of the hair. Much cooler than polyester satin.

I love the silk pillow case. They were a little large for my king pillow. I would have liked them to be tighter on the pillow.

I have hot flashes and these pillowcases have helped. I dont get as hot like I used to with cotton pillowcases. Washes and dries well, no shrinkage
