I wanted a cooling pillow and my wife wanted a pillow that wasn't too hard, but hard enough to provide support. I had a cooling pillow already, but it was too thin. My wife had a supportive pillow that was too hard. Ghost Pillow was the best solution with the cooling outer layer and the ability to remove the padding if the pillow provided too much support. My wife likes the pillow as is and has even commented on having better sleep since receiving the pillow. Myself, I found the default to provide too much support and so removed some of the padding and now have the perfect pillow. I did not think it possible that one pillow model would be able to satisfy both our needs as they were so different from one another. Love the firmness of this pillow—also, it does stay a bit cooler than previous pillows! I would highly recommend this pillow for those who do not want a night of pillow flipping—have experienced more restful sleep in the last month which I attribute to the Ghost Pillow!

I mostly slept on tempurpedic pillows and found them to be not only a little too hard, but also way too hot. I live in a region of perpetual summer. We get maybe 2 weeks of "winter", so you could consider this a form of hell. Well it looks like hell has frozen over, cause this pillow actually allows me to sleep without waking up covered in sweat. It's also a bit softer than what I'm used to, but I'm loving that so far. Very happy.

I’ve tried so many pillows through the years and I can say with confidence that the GhostPillow is absolutely one of the best ones, if not, the best. I could already tell that the pillow was going to be the one by simply looking at the packaging. It evoke the same feeling I have when I open an Apple product. It felt high-end and of great quality. I like that the pillow is shaped like a regular pillow and not contoured like it is commonly found in other memory foam pillows. The pillow stays cool through the night, which I consider very important. Also the pillow cover is removable and washable. In overall I am greatly satisfied with my purchase.

I love it! My king size mattress came quickly, and I’ve been sleeping like a baby ever since. I had been debating on a new mattress. I finally decided to get it after long sleepless nights during my third trimester. I wish I had made the switch sooner! I’ve since had my baby and the whole family loves the mattress!!

I do like the ghost pillow and sleep fairly well on it, but it just doesn’t have as much thickness or support as I was hoping for like with a previous memory foam pillow I’ve bought. It also has a faintly bad smell to it that I hope will fade with time. Since I got this pillow at a good deal, I am happy with my purchase, but not overly thrilled.

I got the Groupon and should have checked that the pillow is not refundable. I will put it in our guest bedroom and maaaaybe buy another one to match it. It is not that supportive and the cooling technology is not as great as another brand I have. Not the worst but for the price I expected more I guess.

When you advertised free Ghost Pillows with my order I was expecting these large thick foam pillows that I will not use..But to my surprise the pillows are a little smaller and thinner foam pillow which is just right for a small frame woman... fits perfect on the neck...doesn’t have the neck dip that most foam pillows have... I’m very happy with my Ghost products and will be buying more today.. Happy Ghost Product customer

I actually haven't slept on the Ghost pillow yet. I was told before I purchased that it had a very slight lavender scent, which would dissipate quickly over time. It has a very strong lavender scent, and I really dislike the scent of lavender. The scent is still too strong for me to sleep on it yet, and it has been a couple weeks or more. I would suggest you review the need for the lavender scent. Not pleasing to all.

Got 2 Shredded and 2 Faux Down to compare. Did not care for these (Shredded), they are too stiff for my neck and head. Could work for someone else that prefers that harder memory foam feel (if you have experience with memory foam pillows you know the feeling). I gifted these to a family member.
