I wanted a cooling pillow and my wife wanted a pillow that wasn't too hard, but hard enough to provide support. I had a cooling pillow already, but it was too thin. My wife had a supportive pillow that was too hard. Ghost Pillow was the best solution with the cooling outer layer and the ability to remove the padding if the pillow provided too much support. My wife likes the pillow as is and has even commented on having better sleep since receiving the pillow. Myself, I found the default to provide too much support and so removed some of the padding and now have the perfect pillow. I did not think it possible that one pillow model would be able to satisfy both our needs as they were so different from one another. Most pillows I looked at had toxic ingredients that outgas and are breathed in while sleeping. I am impressed with Ghost Pillow. I even called their office and learned that the wonderful, calming lavender that is infused in the pillow is natural. It is very comfortable and allows me to have a restful, deep sleep.

Great for a stomach sleeper and side sleeper. It's on the thinner side which I like. I wasn't fond of the lavender scent due to my allergies, but the scent dissipated within a couple of days. I bought a pillow also for my teen daughter and she loves it and my new ghostbed mattress just arrived a few days ago.

I got the Ghostbed Luxe mattress and adjustable frame two days before I had a hip replacement. I’m only 49, but have been arthritic for two years, and am going thru menopause. My old mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and I got absolutely terrible sleep on it. I’m so glad for my ghostbed! I’m not sure that the “cooling” aspect is helping, and the mattress is way softer than I’m used to, but it is seriously comfortable. On top of everything else, I broke my ankle two weeks after my hip replacement! What I am loving about the frame is that I can elevate my feet, especially now that I’m stuck in bed on bedrest this whole week. I also have the ghostbed pillowsx but they are too firm for me. I like super soft squishy feather pillows, but the ghostbed pillows do seem that they are very good quality.

The pillows are comfortable and stay pretty cool. I like them more than other foam pillows we've owned. They have some off gassing odor when first opened, but that went away after a couple days. The logo probably shouldn't be so heavily embroidered on the one side as it can take away from the comfort. I would still recommend the pillow, you might just want to flip it to use the side without the embroidered logo.

I have had the Ghostpillow for a few weeks now, and can say without a doubt, this is the best pillow I have ever used. Stays nice and cool throughout the night, and supports my head and neck no matter which position I'm sleeping in. The price is a little high, but if you can get a deal (i.e. Groupon, etc.) this pillow can't be beat.

Great surprise! The package came in two days after ordering. The first night we felt relief. Slept on a king size Sealy “luxury” spring mattress that cost at least double a ghost bed and we didn’t get the same comfort as the ghost bed. I would say that at first the ghost bed was a little more firm then we thought it would be but we liked the support it gave us. After a few weeks we wore it in and now it sleeps perfectly. On a scale of 1-10 for firmness I would say it’s a 6.5. That being said it works perfectly for us! I would definitely recommend it.

What can I say about this pillow. Amazing! I love how it feels cool the instant you lay your head on the pillow. We needed an upgrade desperately and let me say, it was with it. I had a question about the pillow and the customer service was extremely helpful. This pillow is also great for side sleepers and back sleepers.

The gel memory foam Ghost Pillow surpasses all of my previous pillows combined. I have a weak neck and need soft but firm support in a pillow or I end up with a headache. I’ve tried chiropractic pillows, famous pillows, you name it and never found the right one. Until this one. I’ve had mine for almost two years and just bought another one as a backup because I love it so much! It keeps cool too, which is wonderful. If I need to, I just flip it over and it’s even cooler. I hope this pillow stays around for many years to come!

General pillow comments: firm but not too firm, however my wife thought it wasn’t firm enough. Supportive on your neck when laying on your side however I’m a stomach sleeper and I wouldn’t recommend using it while on your stomach. Smell dissipates after 24-48 hours. Pillow material is slippery and I noticed it comes out of some of our pillow cases easily. Pillow stays generally cool. The logo on the pillow is slightly raised and can be annoying to feel under my head. The logo is also dark and shows through pillow cases quite easily.
