Pillow is too soft for us so we are sending back. However the 1 star is because I have reached out 3 times for a refund with no reply to my "ticket". The 100 nights or whatever the amount of days they provide is worthless if they won't return the product. We do have their Ghostbed Lux we are happy with and luckily didn't need to return it.

i’ve bought maybe expensive memory foam pillows in the past, trying to find the most comfortable one. i saw the ghostbed pillow on groupon and read a bunch of reviews and decided to buy myself 2 of them haha. after the first night sleeping on it, i woke up with with absolutely no neck or back pain. it’s like i didn’t even realize that i was waking up with a little bit of pain all the previous days, until i slept on this. the first few days they smell kinda weird, but honestly i kinda liked it because for some reason.

Love my Ghost mattress - firm, supportive, and comfortable. The pillow, on the other hand, is quite possibly the worst I've used (including hotel pillows). Feels cheap (besides the cover) and provides no support whatsoever. Definitely not for side sleepers.

So far, so good! I am on my 3rd week using this comfortable pillow and every night has been the same great sleep. I woke one time with a sore neck but I am pretty sure I was fighting people in my sleep that night. I am glad I chose the height I did because the thinner one may not provide the same comfort this one does since I am a little bigger of a person. Thank you!

It's probably unfair for me to review this as I think I'm just in love with the faux down feeling. I had hoped it being adjustable would give me a different view, but sadly no. This is the first review I have not given 5 stars to, as I want to return it. I cannot say ENOUGH GREAT THINGS about the Luxe Bed split king, adj base, topper, sheets, and faux down pillow (though I wish it were adjustable)! This GhostBed Luxe mattress plus topper has helped me and my hubby's arms, shoulders, and back pain and our sleep quality. I am a luxury bed snob; it's taken a lot of vetting before we chose this beauty. WORTH IT. If your sleep is not superb, it will appear in all areas of your life. I'd truly drive the worst car to sleep in the best bed! I am sure we have the best bed in the neighborhood! Note - my hubby has low back pain and I have upper - we both love it. The shoulder pressure points are severe with pain and it's the ONLY combo that's helped with that.

I work a tough job. I am a career paramedic. Aches and pains are the name of the game and after 10 years on the job stuff starts to hurt. Let me just say this: I have never slept so well in my entire life thanks to the GhostBed pillow. My neck no longer hurts and I fall asleep fast. No tossing and turning. Just great restful, blissful sleep!

I bought it as an add on birthday gift for my wife along side a purple pillow, a purple harmony pillow, and a tempurpedic neck pillow. When we got it, we made fun of how squishy yet firm it was. We said it was too firm while playing with it and that it did not the nice feel of a purple pillow, but rather just fill of air. Then we slept on it. The first night I slept on it. My wife said I did not show when she woke up at night, and I slept all the way through the night. My sleep tracker said I got the best sleep I've gotten since I got the tracker 3 months earlier. The next night my wife used the pillow. She is very particular and thought it would hurt her ears because if the firmness. She slept the whole way through the night and woke up well rested. We will now fight over who gets the pillow because whoever users it is guaranteed to have a better nights sleep. The purple pillow has been put away. We will be buying more from ghosted.

Purchase process was very easy and convenient. However the bed and pillows are a little more firm than I expected. My previous bed was old so I may just be used to sleeping on something softer than it should be. Hoping that after a few more days of breaking it in I will adjust.

I am now the happy owner of two Ghost Pillows. I bought one for myself and my daughter tried it and immediately wanted one of her on. It is everything the company promises and more. It keeps our spirits high with it's comfort, coolness and durability.

Before I started sleeping on the ghostpillow I would often wake up with headaches and headaches (I don't move a lot in my sleep so the ear I sleep on would wake up very sore). I do not wake up with either anymore! I'm sensitive to scented things, but the scent that they put on the pillow is light and doesn't smell like a synthetic, chemical scent. The pillow is always cool to the touch and my boyfriend uses his and doesn't snore anymore so we are sleeping much, much better. You don't realize the effects of not having a good night's sleep on the entirety of your day until you get one. I can't believe how much it affects our whole day! Thank you!!
