I have been sleeping on my pillow for about two weeks now. It took me a little while to get use to the smell which others have commented on-my husband figured it out, it's scented with lavender. I love the both the firmness and the springyness of the pillow. To me it feels like it molds around your head, which affords good neck support, so it will be interesting to see if it is too hot in the summertime when it is hugging me in my sleep.

I like this pillow and it is arguably the most supportive pillow I've used -- but I didn't give 5 stars because it's just not the pillow for me. I need something contoured for neck support / back sleep. If you like very firm pillows with a slight softness, this is the pillow for you.

Hi, I Had cervical spinall fusion surgery in 2009, I live with chronic neck and back pain, and it's been near impossible to sleep comfortably. I bought a 2000 dol bed, in 2007 and I've tried 5 or 6 different pillows in that time, and I could never sleep more than 2 hours w/o waking up. And my expensive bed was starting to sag in the middle. I was a tad skeptical about trying a bed that came in a box, but This is no exxageration..I WANT TO THANK NATURE SLEEP FOR MAKING GHOSTBED, NOT ONLY IS THE BED AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE, BUT THE PILLOWS I FEEL AS IF THEY WERE MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR ME BY DOCTORS OR SCIENTISTS .It Nearly brings me to tears when I tell people the difference the pillows and Bed are making in my life, just a couple weeks with it. The Pillows are Simply Heaven. I fall asleep quickly, and sleep thru the night , for the 1st time in nearly 14 years. With a Bed that was 1/3 the price of my store bought 2000 dol bed.I've been Telling everyone who will listen , especially patients at my pain clinic who alot of them have similar issues .Even if they have a new bed allready, I tell them they MUST get the pillow, there's no risk with the 101 night trial, but they would have to pry my ghost bed and pillows from my cold dead fingers. They are staying!! lol I don't usually bother with reviews, cuz I don't like typing with my neck/back probs.However, I was Compelled, as this Product has changed my life, I actually look forward to going to bed. And Dennis went above and beyond helping get the financing in place due to an error that was not Ghost Beds error. I was impressed the moment I opened the box. Loved the packaging and the cute embroidered ghost on the pillow itself made me smile. But the first night of sleep was amazing! I had gone through many different pillows in the past. Too hard, too soft, etc. I can honestly say I have had the best sleep since purchasing this pillow. My Fitbit sleep score has been much higher since. None of my other routines have changed so I am certain it is the pillow.

Purchase process was very easy and convenient. However the bed and pillows are a little more firm than I expected. My previous bed was old so I may just be used to sleeping on something softer than it should be. Hoping that after a few more days of breaking it in I will adjust.

I got 2 of these pillows after the description of the stay cool technology paired with the jell inside for extra comfortability...I have a bone disease and fragile bones as well as scoliosis and osteoporosis...This pillow I use everyday to Support my back while. Sitting watching TV and sleeping..it ACTUALLY REALLY DOES STAY COOL ( other claims of pillows that failed to deliver madee skeptical) as PROMISED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, IF I DIDN'T ALREADY JUST BUY A NEW BED I WOULD DEFINITELY look at the ghost bed mattress and Probably have bought one instead! Great product!! Highly recommend,,!

The Ghost Pillow has the perfect firmness for me, better than any other pillow I've ever owned. Everyone seems to talk about its cooling effects, but I would say the firmness - not too soft, not too hard, and just the right amount of "bounce" - is the best result of the air holes in the foam. There is no noticeable off gassing, the main concern I was focused on. I turned a fan on it for a couple days, flipping sides regularly, to ensure all of the "new" smell had dissipated, and it did. I honestly haven't noticed the kind of cooling effect everyone raves about. It's still warm where I rest my head, but not hot like some foam pillows - my travel pillow becomes like an oven - and usually I don't notice it or it isn't enough to be a problem at all. It works best for back sleeping for me. At some point, I always roll over on my side before falling asleep, and it is here where the Ghost Pillow could benefit from a scooped front to give the shoulder more room and corner supports to keep the head from rolling over toward the side. I have another pillow with these and it is fantastic, but a little too firm for my liking, so I use my Ghost Pillow a majority of the time.

Most memory foam pillows get too hot, but this one is actually pretty good at heat mitigation. It gets warm, but definitely not super hot. If it's too warm I'll just move to the other side of the pillow. Great thing about this one is it keeps its shape! Best and most comfortable memory foam pillow I've had

The pillow was a great disappointment. No matter which side I use, it is rather on the hard side after a minute or two. The cooling effect was good, just a very very firm pillow. I had neck pain in the morning. I waited 2 weeks & tried the pillow again with the same results.

I bought the pillow after much research to solve neck and lower back issues. I am a stomach sleeper. The first day after I used it the neck pain decreased and every day got better until after 10 days completely gone. The back pain has significantly decreased, but now was re-injured an unrelated manner, but was getting better. I tell the story to everyone. I was a sceptic, but proved wrong.
