This is my all time Favorite pillow. I’m so glad I found it!! I have serious neck problems from a very unstable cervical spine even after a fusion. This is the most comfortable pillow for my neck and then the absolute coolest.... my pillow used to get so hot from my body heat. This one stays nice and cool no matter how hot my crazy body gets. Pillow is too soft for us so we are sending back. However the 1 star is because I have reached out 3 times for a refund with no reply to my "ticket". The 100 nights or whatever the amount of days they provide is worthless if they won't return the product. We do have their Ghostbed Lux we are happy with and luckily didn't need to return it.

Absolutely amazing no more flipping the pillow back & forth. It stays cool all night long & just all around amazing product! Can’t wait to save up & buy a mattress & sheet set. Usually people false advertise, but you guys are the real deal. Not only that your prices is unmatched amazing products for a great price! Good size and the right balance of loft for a super soft pillow. Feels great laying flat but you can also squeeze and “fold” the pillow to your liking. The cover feels nice and soft but I wish the logo wasn’t embroidered, I flip that side down so it’s not on my face.

I have been looking for a pillow that stays cool/cold and thought I found it but after about 2 weeks I had to turn it over then over again when it was cold/cool again.It is soft, and the firmness is good after a week or so. The smell is strong, I let it air out for 14 days, which interferes with the warranty. ** I just wanted a cool/cold pillow and thought I found it but I was wrong **

My wife and have searched and tried so many pillows and ended up returning them all until we purchased the ghost pillows. We are sold and our search is over. My wife has a real difficult time finding a good support pillow. The ghost pillow sinks just enough for support and cradles your neck and side no matter which way you turn. I have struggled to find a pillow that works for my neck for the last year and half. I finally found out about the Ghost Pillow and thought "how could this be any different from the rest?" Well, I was pleasantly surprised the first night I slept with it. I tend to toss and turn with the multitude of other brands I've used in the past; but the morning after using the Ghost Pillow, I WAS STILL ON MY BACK! It caught me off guard and I thought to myself, "this never, ever happens". I turned my neck back and forth and felt relief and the tension was lessened just from one nights use. I am on week 1 of trying this pillow and this is coming from someone who suffers from chronic neck and back pain, I am convinced this will and has helped already! I have been so excited to go to sleep every night and I know this excitement will continue! Thank you, Ghostbed! :)

I was a bit disappointed at first how soft and cheap feeling the pillow was... But after a few days I realized it's soft like a natural pillow instead of the unusually firm normal memory foam- and it actually keeps me cool. I'm one that has to have it 60 degrees in my bedroom and I keep 6 pillows just to revolve between them to keep cool, but I stay with this one all night cool.

I have neck problems and usually need a contoured pillow. After reading lots of reviews I decided to get this pillow and try it. I wanted to love it and probably would have but it’s a little thick for me and makes my neck hurt. Other than that, I love how it feels. It does seem “cool” to the touch and has just the right amount of softness/firmness. If only it were a couple inches thinner it would have been perfect.

Unfortunately this pillow gave me extreme neck pain. I think the loft/firmness of this pillow is too much for me. Along with the neck pain I also had issues with huge stiff embroidered label on the top of the pillow. I have a large scar on the side of my head from brain surgery and the label rubbed on it all night. I will be returning the pillow.
