I can use this pillow in any sleeping position. One side is a little bit slicker, that's the phase change side. If you use it with a pillowcase advertised as phase change as well the two materials might slip on each other a bit. The fabric is nice and cool to the touch. The memory foam seems to soak up heat from your head and dissipate it moderately well. The pillow is very nice looking. Be aware you might be able to feel the embroidery through some pillow cases. This pillow has a spot on my bed and bumped a different one off to the guest room!

Pro's: - Good height - Maintains shape with good rebound - Good value - Good airflow Con's: - Not as cooling as I would like - Temporary lavender smell (some people might like this) Verdict: - Overall this is a good pillow, others which are definitely cooler do not last nearly as long so this is a good balance. Would definitely purchase another one of their products again.

I bought a queen sized Ghostbed during the President's Day sale. As part of the deal, I received 2 free pillows - the Nature's Sleep Vitex Memory Foam Pillow. Although the deal didn't specify which brand of pillow I would receive, I was kind of hoping for the Ghost Pillow. The Nature's Sleep Vitex pillow is very nice and runs cool. My main beef with it is that the pillow is a bit thick for my preferences. It's great for side sleepers, but doesn't put your head in a good position if you are a back or stomach sleeper IMO. May be a good option for those that think the Ghost Pillow is too "flat" or needs more fill. For me, I'm going to be trying out the Ghost Pillow. Fingers crossed.

Absolutely LOVE the comfort and support of my Ghost Pillow. It seems to have some sort of “scent” that worries me. I tried airing it out for about a week before using it and it seems better( I have 2 pillow cases on it.) The overall comfort and deep sleep it affords me, keeps me from returning it.

Comfort and supports my neck well. I’ve owned tempurpedic pillows that had great support but trapped a lot of heat. The ghost pillow gives me the support I want with a much cooler sleeping experience. It’s firm, but not like sleeping on a rock. Emailed online support system to check status of my order and got a response in a matter of a few hours. Got my pillow via a Groupon so got it at an even better price. Try one!

Ordered the ghost bed memory foam pillow cause I tend to sleep warm and hard to find a comfortable pillow for side sleep and have purchase atleast 7 pillows in past year and none quite fit the bill I'm a firefighter paramedic and have been for 20 years now and have had some back and neck problems from injuries the ghost bed memory foam pillow unfortunately took over a month to receive due to supply shortage during pandemic but was well worth the wait and money it's cool to the touch an keeps you cool it pulls heat away from your head and it's just right thickness and feel i am happy with it and plan on trying the ghost bed matrix mattress soon.

I had a previous foam pillow that was VERY hard (rock hard. If you got hit with it you would bruise -lol-). It was the only pillow that kept my neck aligned and kept it from hurting and giving me migraines. To my horror it was lost on a family vacation. Since then, sleep has been terrible. I have been trying to find another pillow for the past year, at this point I have purchased almost 10 pillows without relief. Foam pillows, shredded foam, down pillows, "high supportive" pillows, you name it. After finding Ghostpillow and seeing the reviews I gave it a go... again. When I took it out of the box and "smushed" it I felt it was too soft, with a lot of give. I thought there is no way it would be supportive enough for me. The pillow felt plush, not super solid like my last one, I knew it would not work. (I always wished I was one of those people that could sleep on those squishy soft pillows that felt like marshmallows, but I am not). Let me just say, I was just flat out wrong this time. I took it for a spin that night and was sold. My head did squish into the pillow, but then it stopped at just the right height to align my spine, no more, no less. It felt soft, like a marshmallow a bit, but it really was supportive. I was worried the pillow would flatten during the night and allow my head to drop at an angle, it didn't. It was my pillow miracle. I've had the pillow for many weeks now and I am very happy. I am sleeping well, no neck aches or migraines at all. It is just comfortable and supportive. I am sold on Ghostpillow, so much so that I have a second spare one in my closet "just in case" I lose this one I won't have to worry. I am not willing to go without a good pillow another night. After a year of my search, it is over.

I've used many memory foam pillows, but the GhostPillow with Gel Memory Foam is like none other. The pillow is soft, but not too soft, firm but not too firm, it's perfect. I accidentally switched pillows with a friend and afterwards I went straight home to buy my own, I've used it every night since, that was over a year ago.

Over the past year I had been on the hunt for a quality pillow that was comfortable. I found exactly what I was looking for in the GhostPillow. I’m a stomach sleeper and this pillow cradles my head nicely while still providing comfortable support. It seemed a little crazy to spend this much on a pillow but I’m glad I did because it’s definitely worth it.
