Not too firm not too soft perfect night sleep with a soothing lavender smell I love this pillow

It’s a better cooling pillow than most. It is also very supportive to the head and neck.

Had a terrible smell for a couple weeks - it’s very cool ( for awhile) a bit stiff for me.
