The memory foam ghost pillow is an absolutely amazing product. Before I used to use pillows that reminded me of a bunch of lumpy dirty t-shirts wrapped in another dirty t-shirt, but ghost pillow changed the pillow game forever. Instead of stacking several pillows to try and get comfortable, which led to chronic neck and back pain, one ghost pillow is all I need to nestle my melon on at night in perfect comfort and alignment of my spine (I am not a medical professional, all I know is my neck and back pain has drastically reduced to barely noticeable). The only reason that I took a star away is that the cooling action is quite as good as I felt I was led to believe in the advertising, however I am also not using their sheets/pillow cases. I bought the pillow as a test drive into their products, knowing that I need a new bed. Having used a ghost pillow for the past couple of months, I am extremely confident with investing more of my money in their products. Bottom line, sleep is critical to longevity. This simple pillow has increased the quality of my sleep (backed by my whoop strap data), which leads to more longevity down the road.

i was way overdue for new pillows. started doing a little research, and found ghost pillow. decide to take a chance. with the 101 day trial, its hard to go wrong! so far ( a couple weeks in ) im hooked. supportive, yet comfortable, stays cool and has a really fresh scent. I will be ordering more!

We had high expectations for this bed based on a lot of reviews and unfortunately for us it did not work out. First the good, ordering was easy and processing & shipping was fast. The bed looks good and appears to be of good quality with no visible defects, setup was a breeze. The not so good for us is the bed is quite firm, not sure if it's by design or to lengthen breakdown life of the foam. The wife and myself are both side sleepers and this level of firmness leaves our shoulders and hips achy causing restless sleep seeking more comfortable positions. We have started the process of "returning" our GhostBed which after a fair bit of communication back and forth, means we need to find a local charity to donate the bed to.

I just want to say I was skeptical at first due to the fact this was an online thing. But once the tracking information was sent after I purchased it I was like ok it's real.. then the bed came and I was excited. The box was heavy for me to carry alone (king size) but was well worth it... The pillows are amazing... I would add wish they were a lil thicker...but still amazing... I ordered the mattress on Wednesday morning and received it Friday by lunch it was amazing...

I have been sleeping on my new Ghost Pillows for about a week! Simply amazing! I have two! I am going to take one when I travel! I have the Gostbed and the pillows...couldn’t be happier! It feels really good on my stomach and side but back is good too! I am so glad I decided to upgrade my bed for my New Years present! Thanks GhostBed!

You don’t need to post this - my wife has neck problems so she tried this and a My Pillow as well. Neither works for her. The pillow is well made and attractive, however, and we don’t think it deserves a bad rating. We also have the Ghost adjustable beds and they are great.

I am fairly fussy about my pillows! Neither shall they be too soft/flat, nor to lofty and firm! My Ghost faux down pillow gives enough support to keep my head off the bed, but not so much that my head tilts up. It supports my neck perfectly so that it feels great in the morning. I’m finally getting a good night‘s sleep, without waking in pain. Goldielocks: “Just right!”

I really like this pillow. It smells great and is pretty comfortable. If it were a bit more firm I’d give it 5 stars because some mornings I’ll wake up with a bit of a sore neck since my head sinks right through the pillow. Plus I think the price is a little steep. But overall it’s a quality product.

Just recently ordered this pillow after seeing a display at the Nebraska State Fair back in September of 2019. The display pillow had an extra layer of cooling gel and was a bit on the heavier side weight wise. After receiving the pillow and giving it a few days to air out due to the odor of the materials and my wife almost getting physical sick from the smell (sensitive nose), the pillow doesn't quite give the support I was hoping for and the cooling effect is almost nil. Considering ordering a second pillow just to get the desired thickness I prefer. With all the features not up to my expectations it is still better than the other pillows I have tried and been unsatisfied with, and not bad enough to return. So of you have sensitive nose I suggest letting this product set in another room for about a week before use just so it can air out and absorb the smells of your home.

Notice that I had to give this review 5-stars for anybody to see it. They won't show anybody's negative reviews. I purchased the Ghostbed during a Christmas special where I also received 3 Ghostpillows. I have since decided to return the mattress, as it is far too firm for me. Even with a topper, I have never been comfortable. After initiating the return I find out that the pillows must be returned also. I would have been happy to donate them, but instead I have to send them back at MY EXPENSE. The only other option, was to deduct the price of the pillows from my return. I have no idea why they want the pillows back. One would assume that if they can't take a mattress back for sanitary reasons, they shouldn't be taking back pillows either. I personally have never like the pillows. It's been three months and they still emit a STRONG odor. Bottom line: buyer beware, it is not a risk-free trial.
