Not disappointed usually need a couple pillows for support. Good support n cooking technology

The only thing I would improve is supply more stuffing.

I received 2 free a few years ago with my first purchase and bought 2 with my recent purchase. I have never found a better pillow.

Doesn't do a thing with a pillowcase on; can't flip it to get cooler side since it is flat on other side

I got this and was excited for the cooing feature. However the pillow was extra firm. I do wish it was much softer
