I recommend this pillow to anyone. You can really sleep any way with it and it always returns to form.

so far the pillow has been great. It did take about 2-3 days to get used to it, but it has been cool and comfortable.

I love this pillow! It is better than most memory foam pillows. I think because it has the air holes all the way through. Which keeps it cooler.
