Great product but took a while to get here unlike the two days that were specified! Other than that I enjoy it.

These ate the best pillows I've found in a long while. I've bought 4 so far. Everyone's trying to take them.

This pillow is well made and soft. I had to return it because it is just a tad too high for me. I was sad to send it back; it was almost perfect!

I would say it's medium firm, 7.5 out of 10. Shoulder and hip pain have improved and waking less often during the night. It's a keeper!

The mattress was just as easy to setup as advertised. The foundation was not. It was a huge pain to actually screw together the entire thing.

I love this pillowcase! I have naturally curly hair and it keeps it from breaking, pulling and drying. A bit expensive, would like more.

The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the embroidery. It is too uncomfortable to use that side.

Overall great pillow with the perfect amount of firmness and softness. The cooling technology works great as the pillow always feels very cool.
