I pretty much enjoy this pillow quite a bit. Way better than my old pillow that hurt my neck. The only problem I've noticed is that it becomes a touch flat sometimes and could be a touch firmer.

My back was killing me for months and I knew it was my old mattress (only a couple of years old), I switched to the Ghost Bed and overnight I could tell a difference. It is amazing!

I was highly disappointed after trying to use for a week. Pillow form is great however, I purchased two for the cooling feature that was so highly referred to on your website. It may be cold for the first five minutes but that is about it.
