So it's working out good right now. I've used it for a couple of week's now. I've read where some people mentioned about the smell. I didn't have that problem. So far so good.

I want to love this pillow, it is pleasantly soft. However, it either needs to be thicker or have a layer that's more dense. My head eventually sinks and flattens out most of the pillow, leaving my neck with insufficient support.

The pillow itself is comfortable but a little too flat for my liking probably less than 5 inches by would say or at 5 in. Also it has a very funny smell that doesn't go . it's not like a chemical smell but it's definitely a very odd fruity smell

When my husband got his pillow and told me how wonderful it was I was sceptical. When he went out of town for business I used his pillow. I had to have one of my own! Now I have a Ghostpillow and I love it!!!

This pillow is absolutely wonderful! I sleep so good and my neck pain is gone. It's kinda thick and a little on the firm side which I like. I've always used traditional pillows and it was always uncomfortable for me. This pillow is so comfortable!

Purchase this pillow. Couldn’t wait to use it. I feel as if my head doesn’t weigh enough to sink into the memory foam. Had a stiff neck for days after one use. Others may love it and had a different experience. Mine, not so good.

Wont be refunded on the return for shipping . Cost is on you. Only advice they give is to stuff it into a smaller box. which isn’t mentioned on the 100 night trial page. Pillow smelled and was like a brick.

Can't even begin to describe how hard and uncomfortable these pillows are. I bought my bed for comfort and cooling and I got these pillows to go with it free. Glad I didn't pay for them but my wife and I are both unhappy with this purchase.

I love my Ghost Pillow - Its the most comfortable and supportive pillow I have ever used - has helped by neck pain tremendously! My only negative was the long wait to receive it - but it was well worth it!

I have such a hard time finding a pillow that works for me. I have neck and shoulder issues and so many pillows flatten out thru the night. I was skeptical, but this pillow is awesome! Getting one for my hubby now.
