The ordering process was simple, the pillows came before the expected arrival date. The Ghost Pillows are firm and cool. They are comfortable and keeps a firm form throughout the night.

Pillow is great for side and back sleepers. If you like to have your face in the pillow its breathable so you can breath thru it but to ferm on the face. Otherwize I would give it 5 stars

I got this for my wife, and she is very picky with pillows. She is so pleased and makes sure we take it on trips. I am very pleased and will look into buying more.

Was ok in the beginning besides the strong smell. But after a few weeks its going flat to the point i feel like im just laying on my bed with no pillow. Do not recommend this pillow.

The pillow morphs back to it's original shape after laying on it for a couple of hours. The pillow also stays cool when not in use. It's for soft sleepers.

I needed a pillow that will help me sleep better and sleep more comfortable at night. The weird smell disappeared in 2 days which wasn’t really an issue when I washed a pillow case and placed it over it.

I was recommended by a co worker to try out this pillow and it's absolutely amazing I'm so glad I bought it! The pillow smells like Lavendor and helps you relax and fall asleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and awake.

Very soft pillow! Very comfortable, but still provides very good support. Not quite as much loft as I would have liked for side sleeping (because it’s so soft), but I’ve found that I can adjust the shape of the pillow to ‘just right’ pretty well.
