After doing careful online research, I chose to purchase two GhostPillows. The purchase, and shipping processes were exceptional. The pillows are of high quality and I find them to be very comfortable. The cooling fabric is built within the (inner) pillow case but is present only on one side. If you want the cooling effect, you have to make sure the correct side faces up. This is not too difficult because one may feel the difference in the texture of the cooling fabric side. My biggest complaint is the synthetic chemical smell. After washing the (inner) pillow cases, I had to air-out the GhostPillows for a full one week by placing them on patio chairs in the sun. After one week, the smell was less noticeable but still present. I continue to place the pillows outdoors several times a week, in the hopes of further mitigating the aromatic synthetic odor. Otherwise, I really like the GhostPillows. I wish they came is a larger size because the two standard size pillows look odd on my king-sized bed. Final recommendation- buy this pillow and you will be sleeping great!

This pillow is really comfy! It keeps my head/neck supported whether I sleep on my back or on my side. When I wake up in the morning I don't feel sore in that area like I did before I got this product. I'm probably going to order some of these as Christmas gifts.

I have spent a fortune on pillows of every configuration trying to find one firm enough for side sleeping but still soft enough for rolling over and sleeping on your back. This pillow is amazing. It is so nice to just sleep through the night and not wake up with a kink in my neck

I can never decided whether I like firm or fluffy pillows, but absolutely love this one! It's a large size and reminds me of the luxury pillows they have at hotels. Not sure if this will be my only pillow since I like to switch up firm and fluffy, but I'm glad to have it in rotation.

Just recently purchased a ghost bed and some pillows. After a month or so i have to say theae are by far the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever used. The pain i had with my old bed are gone. The pillows are so nice and soft but give u support at the same time.

I really love this pillow. It is very comfortable and stays cool through the night and doesn’t tend to heat up. I don’t have to flip my pillow every time I wake up now. I’m mostly a side sleeper and it works very well. My neck doesn’t feel so stiff in the morning. I love how comfortable the outside case is. Very soft material!!

I struggle with neck pain and persistent tension headaches. A few years ago I bought gel pillows and they did a lot to provide relief. Now I've tried the Ghost Pillow for about a week. The first night, I wasn't sure about it. The second night I used it under my gel pillow and loved it for sleeping on my side, but preferred the gel pillow for sleeping on my back. Since then I tried just the Ghost Pillow alone, and whether sleeping on my side or sleeping on my back, I now prefer the Ghost Pillow to my gel pillow. It was a good investment. I would love to tell you that I am pain free, but is not the case. However it is the most comfortable pillow that I have slept on and with the problems that I have, getting a good night's sleep isn't always easy. And I am sleeping much better with Ghost Pillow. As for pain relief, I have seen some improvement -- I am not waking up with a stiff neck since using just the Ghost Pillow. Granted it has only been a week but I hope this trend continues.

Wasn't sold on the idea of changing out my... 5 year old pillow that has gone through some tough times and quite possibly is only maybe 1.5 inches thick now. BUT! After about a week I got used to my new Ghost pillow and man, I don't know what these guys use in their pillows but I'm sold. So much so we'll be getting a bed here soon.

I have owned a pair of these pillows for a little over a month now, and I swear that I canNOT use any other pillows. They’re soft, but firm; they’re cool; they’re light; they’re like a cloud for my head. I no longer wake up with a sore neck and no longer have the need to bunch up a pillow under my head! I originally ordered the Ghostbed memory foam pillow for it's cooling ability. I've focused so much on cooling that I forgot to search for comfort as well! Ghostbed did NOT disappoint! Not only does this pillow keep me cool at night, it is the most comfortable pillow I've ever laid my head on! I can use it in multiple sleeping positions. No more reaching in the dark for my pillow when I change from my stomach to side. I love this pillow so much that I'm purchasing more for my family! Get your hands on this pillow. You WON'T regret it! My daughter loved the ghostbed pillow so much, that she purchased the king sized mattress.
