I have managed to find more uses for this handy pan than I had imagined when I ordered it. It's excellent for whipping a large batch of morning scramble for a family and for making great casseroles for two with plenty leftover to freeze. And the cleanup is the easiest of any pan in my kitchen - best purchase ever!!

I was to surprised by the nonstick on this skillet only because I also have the Greenpan cookware. I was also pleased with the fast heat up. I will definitely be using this skillet as often as I can. Love it!!!

It's very easy to use with the simple controls, while still allowing you to dial in precise temperatures for everything from a light simmer to a perfect sear. The shape allowed me to cook all kinds of recipes from soups and stews to slow simmered stuffed manicotti and tomato sauce, and even a full seared pork tenderloin with vegetables! Not to mention it was perfect for bringing to a cookout at a friend's house - just plug it in and keep my side dish perfectly warm! Between the endless amounts of things I can cook, ease of use and simple clean up, it's absolutely going to be a constant part of my cooking routing!

Just received today and cooked a package of chicken breasts, I am blown away at the quality and ease of use. The chicken breasts came out amazing, I sautéed in water, clean up was ridiculously easy, highly highly recommend. This pan is incredible, makes cooking fun and clean up so easy.

HUGE capacity -- amazing for large meals and it can even be used almost like a griddle thanks to its wide footprint! I've cooked big batches of sauces and mapo tofu, as well as used the oval skillet for buttermilk pancakes and cheeseburgers. The pancakes get the most beautifully fluffy center and almost crispy edges! Also love the electric skillet's potential for communal cooking/eating experiences. So convenient to place it at the center of a table, plug it in, and cook while seated. Would love to try using it for hotpot at some point!

Super nice looking and easy to clean. Heats up quickly

I used this Oval Skillet to make lasagna while hosting a dinner party with 10 friends and this product came in super handy! It has tons of surface area to cook up a large amount for big groups of people and I was able to bring it from countertop to the table, so it made serving the dish easy too!

As a member of the GreenPan kitchen team, I tested this product and I'm excited to share my review. As soon as I received this item it became part of my regular rotation of kitchen tools. As someone who both regularly cooks for large groups of people as well as meal preps this became a life saver. The size of the skillet was incredible, great for making large portions, but not so large it becomes cumbersome or difficult to clean. I love being able to cook an entire meal in one pot and skip washing multiple frypans and saucepans to get one meal done. I found it particularly useful in cooking large amounts of rice based meals and casseroles.
