One complain is the packaging, it doesn't have a seal. It's a okay hand cream if you are looking for something cheap and good, but do need to reapply through out the day.

I know each one in the group is different and they all worked similar but the suggestion that this one was more softening due to the cocoa butter than the others didn't really sell on me as they were all softening to me. I use hand creams multiple times a day. This worked into my skin very well and didn't leave it greasy. The scent was not overpowering. Even after washing my hands it felt like it was working & they were soft and moisturized. I feel like as far as effectiveness they all work equally well & the scent is what's driving me to like 1 more than another in this group. Great hand creams!
