I have pretty sensitive skin and had no problem using it. It is very hydrating and goes on smoothly. The scent is very pleasant and light. Some citrus products can smell strong like citronella. Not this one. No heavy perfume odor. I have a problem with callous spots on my elbows. This cream made them feel less rough. The size is good to keep in your purse as well… i will definitely keep recommending it for you as the winter is around the corner it's amazing
