keep parts in bags until ready to use. no issues whatsoever. most screws could be hand tightened until flush.

Very well built we love it and super easy instructions. Very easy to build with two people. Took about 5 hrs to build.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it on my back patio. A good sunblocker and I get lots of compliments on it.

the canopy is way too small and why does it have curved sides instead of straight sides? If the shade were properly sized, my rating would be a 5.

Very roomy, nice steel black frame, attractive for any outdoor arrangement

We love our pergola so much! It wasnt too hard to put together and it looks so great in our space.

Looking forward to having an item that I don't have to paint and keep up with in weather.

High quality of material and workmanship. Excellent customer service.
