I hate getting water logged before a workout but if I don't have some caffeine and/or protein my workouts fall flat. Chike combines the two things I need without adding all that extra fluid. It's freaking delicious and gives me the bust I need. It's also great for long days on the ambulance when we don't have time for a full meal but I need something to keep my blood sugar up so my brain doesn't fail me . My partner keeps them in his pocket and will just slowly hand me one when I start getting cranky lol.

I love chike but this flavor is absolutely disgusting. There was no way for me to make this taste good. The smell alone of the mocha flavor makes me want to vomit. The other flavors I have tried i will continue to buy. Never mocha. Devastated I have a full package I have to throw away. What a waste.

Don't like that it uses processed sugar substitute . I am concerned about this .

It does what is says it does...what i love is nots not chalky!!! I highly recommend

This is a great product, the Mocha is my favorite but the sweet cream is. Close second.
