I was happy with how well organized the kit was. It's perfect for our church youth group. Hangs on the wall and opens without dumping out or goes in the van with us.

This is the best first aid box. Has everything you need from scrapes to burns. It’s very organized and everything is labeled. The carrying box is durable. Fits underneath a sink or inside your car.

Be Smart just can't seem to get their cases right. I've purchased their older kits and always at least one of the two clasps break. Thought they fixed that with the slide clasps but the case doen's want to close right and the top slide won't close all the way because the lid won't line up. Next- the case is now actually smaller than their previous kits. Why? the other ones were packed enough and now it's smaller! And, has a bunch of useless stuff like the 3/8 x 1-3/8 bandages, 70 of them. The last time I used one of those in the last 40 years was never so that, in essence brings it sown to a 300 pc kit and then there's (70) 3/4 x 3 and (only 20) 1 x 3- not enough difference, skip the 3/4 x 3 and put 50 of the 1 x 3 and some fingertip and knuckle bandages and maybe a couple of 2 x 4 and 4 x 5 adhesive bandages. A nice thing they included was silver antibiotic but they made it one huge packet that could probably be used for 20 cuts or more but it's a one time use thing. Comes with several gauze pads but how do they expect us to keep in place? Hold it there until the blood coagulates? Try putting in a roll of adhesive tape. (says it came with one but didn't) Also should have had at least a couple of ammonia inhalants. But first, fix the case, then use some common sense when deciding what should go in it.

Great kit. Glow-in-the-dark printing works surprisingly well. Not sure how handy that would be realistically (especially if stored in a dark space?) but if it was needed it definitely works. Take note of the dimensions though. This is not a small kit.

Looks like a it would have been a really nice first aid kit for my boat, but box it was shipped in was damaged, opened box to find NO additional packing material and case was of the first aid kit was damaged... tried to attach photos but app will not let me...

I bought some flares, and now my "auto emergency kit" is complete. And saved myself a lot of $ in the process. I have most of these items at home, in individual boxes, for home needs, but have needed something for the car that's complete. This product fills the bill.
