We bought 2 of these at different times at Sam's Club for our manufacturing plants. Best price at the beginning but we had to replace ALL adhesive bandages with Johnson & Johnson. Original ones don't stick at all. Everything else is super organized in the kit.

The case is well made and presumably what most of your money is going towards. 351 units sounds impressive until you realize that this includes 155 bandaids and 30 q-tips. For a kit of this size you expect more medication quantity. My tiny backpack kit has 4 sting relief wipes. This just has 6. Less of the ubiquitous bandaids and q-tips, and more of the medication would have been useful. All of these brands price-gouge on refills, so I was hoping to refill 2 of my older expired backpack kits with this one and still have enough left over for home. But there's just not enough to go around.

My local, Durham NC, had plenty of stock. Unfortunately the expiration dates were all 5/2020. Who will use the 351 pieces by then?
