I am so disappointed in the lack of quality. We spent weeks shopping, and ultimately settled on this couch. I had high hopes for the Abbyson brand, but to say im let down would be an understatement. I’m convinced that quality furniture does not exist anymore. As you will see in the photos, the main bracket on the left side of the loveseat, had the screw hole blown out that held the bracket on. You will see that this caused a 2 inch gap between the base of the loveseat and the back of the loveseat. There is also a 3 inch drop in cushion height from the loveseat itself and the pullout portion that forms the bed. This makes the bed portion of this useless as there is a 3 inch drop, you will also see that there is over a 2 inch gap between the right arm chaise. and the pullout portion of the loveseat. There were miscellaneous pieces of fabric that were loose on several places, there were loose staples, one of the main brackets that is used to attach the pieces together, was installed in the incorrect spot, and was moved, leaving holes behind. Sam’s list this couch at just over 130 inches wide, as you can see the couch at its widest point is 124 inches. This couch is a QC disaster. Now I'm stuck with this mess of a couch and three huge boxes until Sams can arrange for pickup. Do yourself a favor RUN AWAY from all things Abbyson.
