I'm f I could give no stars I would. The icy pop is horrible! I haven't tasted the strawberry lemonade yet. I wish Sam's had other vendors to choose from like the premier soda, and genius gourmet sparking soda. Those are great! This joy burst has a horrible after taste.

Great taste and the 30 g of protein is what I need

I tried a sample of JoyBurst at the club and I'm definitely buying some. Each can has 30g of protein and only 120 calories. It does have a slight texture, but it's totally doable—especially when you're looking for more variety in protein products. I rely on protein products a lot because I'm not a huge fan of meat. Most of the time I don't have much of an appetite, but I'm breastfeeding and need to keep my intake higher to support my baby. It's really nice that this soda lets me hydrate and get protein in at the same time, and in a fun way. I've been losing about 1.2–1.8 lbs every week without losing my milk supply, which has been a huge plus. Overall I really like JoyBurst, especially the Icy Pop flavor! I'd definitely suggest a product like this to other chest-feeding parents.

This tastes like a lemon starburst flavored energy drink. It's OK for a few sips, but gets to be a lot when you're drinking the whole can. It's doable, but since the bulk of the protein isn't from whey, I'll be saving my money and spending it on more robust protein sources.
