Features are nice, but not too complicated. The door boot was easily cleanable and I liked how the tray disconnects.

It is very quiet when in operation and spins the clothes out really well. It has some great features for light to heavy loads and is simple to use. The value for the product on this one can’t be beat. Has large load options, sanitizing with hot water and zero vibrations even when I disregarded the installers recommendation to not use my other brand pedestal we already had in place. He said it would wobble and possibly get off balance but it’s such a nice machine I’ve had no issues with it. Great product.

We decided it was time so purchased another instead of repairing old faithful. The 20 year old Samsung dryer is still going strong. Great capacity for a busy household, cleans quickly and uses minimal detergents. An all around great product. Would highly recommend this brand.
