We got this washer, and it is barely ok. I didn't like how the door closed, it only had a delay end cycle, not delay start, which obviously, I can figure out. However, the hold to start is awful. I have held it, and come back to see that it hadn't started. So, I started holding it until the drum started to turn. Today, I held it, and that never happened, tried again, nothing, so not sure if it is defective, or if there is another way to get it to start without all this pain in the butt back and forth.

It has plenty of room for heavy laundry loads like blankets and towels, and the controls are straightforward to use without feeling overly complicated. The capacity of my washer is outstanding. I have no issues with the noise as you barely hear it. The cleaning cycle is good I just wish they provided more sanitation products that comes with the washer so you can help with the smell of water sitting in the rubber around the door. The spin is great no water left in the clothes at all
