This washer replaced a prior model and there have been marked improvements. Occasional glitches where timing is off but not as much as previous model. One big pet-peeve due to them thinking that using eco-friendly ink to label the different cycles and even their logo on the drawer will help save the world... it is causing the labels to smear and wash away.

The Vibration Reduction Technology keeps it surprisingly quiet, even during larger loads. The smart features are a huge plus — being able to start and monitor cycles right from my phone makes laundry much more convenient. The spacious 4.5 cu. ft. capacity easily handles bulky items, and the black stainless steel finish gives it a sleek, modern look. Most importantly, clothes consistently come out clean and fresh. Definitely a washer I’d recommend.

Very easy to operate. One button start and stop system. Adding detergent and softener is a breeze. I highly recommend this front loading washer to any and everyone.

This machine is "compact" and requires several loads. It's energy efficient and quiet. Honestly I would have gone for a larger unit but we needed something that can fit in our space. Does a poor job on larger loads.

Does what it says. Looks and fits nice. Self clean option is great and the large capacity is what stands out. Overall satisfied.
