It runs quietly, with minimal noise or vibration, which is something I really appreciate. The multiple wash settings give me plenty of options depending on the load, and everything I e washed has come out clean and fresh. Overall, it’s been smooth, efficient, and easy to use. A solid choice if you’re looking for reliable washer. And perfectly pairs with my Samsung front load dryer.

It replaced an 8 year old, heavily used machine that I was able to repair (YouTube helps!) a couple of times. The good: it fit on the same pedestal. Seems quieter, less bouncy. More granular options (temp, spin, rinse etc). Accessible filter (a must have). The bad: this model does not have a chime disable option. The chimes are loud and there is no way to turn them off. My option is to find the speaker and disable it (likely to void the warranty), or return the unit. A crappy reason for a return but - who designs an appliance in 2025 to force this super annoying sound on a house with sleeping kids and a nervous dog? Seriously, did you talk to ONE mom/dad when you were in the product development and design stage? The older unit this replaced had the mute feature so of course it exists.

I am not sure if it's because the techs did not level it or if it is with the washer itself. Overall, I have been very pleased with the quality of the washing machine. I am hoping to have someone look at the vibration issue and if that is fixed, it would be 5 stars!

Had to buy this one after my old one died after 8 years. Parts were more expensive than a new machine. This should last 15 years at least.
