[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had our washer and dryer brought in about a week ago. I have noticed some vibration with it. I am not sure if it's because the techs did not level it or if it is with the washer itself. Overall, I have been very pleased with the quality of the washing machine. I am hoping to have someone look at the vibration issue and if that is fixed, it would be 5 stars!

Typically washers can vibrate within the walls and floors, but it is fairly low sound and vibrations. We use liquid detergent and softeners, so we are satisfied with the quality of the wash as well.

This Samsung is awesome and we don’t have to worry about balancing the load in the middle of the spin cycle. Still learning all the different cycles and things but this is an awesome machine! Very glad we chose this one!

It fits so much in a wash, has lots of settings and outperforms al other machines in terms of cleanliness. I love the cycle options as well as the 5 settings for rinse. The clothes come out very clean and barely wet!

It runs quietly, with minimal noise or vibration, which is something I really appreciate. The multiple wash settings give me plenty of options depending on the load, and everything I e washed has come out clean and fresh. Overall, it’s been smooth, efficient, and easy to use. A solid choice if you’re looking for reliable washer. And perfectly pairs with my Samsung front load dryer.

my new front load washing machine does not heat the water i have to run my faucet for a few minutes to get the hot water, my understanding was the machine has a water heating element built in? overall it is a Good machine my last one lasted 20 years ,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quick wash cycle is much shorter than my previous Samsung machine, which I think is too short. Also, I do not like the fact that the cycle resets to normal after each wash. My previous Samsung machine would stay on the last cycle used, which I prefer. If there is a way to make this adjustment, I was not able to find it in the manual.
