[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a month ago and am pleased with the results. It has a smaller depth than many of the new machines, which is what I need for my smaller space. Still has all the bells and whistles of a more expensive washer.

Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure. I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!

I will not buy a Samsung appliance again. I received TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a stackable washer/dryer unit. Within a month the dryer fell off the washer, breaking the brackets that held them together. I run a business so I called a tech out to fix immediately. It turns out that two rods were broken inside of the washer. This thing is a month old. I called warranty and they said they could not reimburse for the repairs because Samsung didnt send a tech out. I told that I run a business and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Nope. They don’t care. I should have called Samsung first. WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A WASHER THAT DIDN’T BREAK WITHIN A MONTH!! Terrible customer service without regard to the big picture which is customer satisfaction. Will I be buying a Samsung appliance again? Nope. And neither should you. Trust me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd front loader washer. Much happier with the Samsung vs the prior Bosch. The variety of settings is so help, from the # of rinses, # of spins, how dirty the load is. It is large and can fit our king size quilt. It is in our basement so I don't hear it running at all. Highly recommend this brand and model.

I can't believe how easy this washer is to use! I really like the blue LED Lighting it is even on the dial. My wife and I's favorite setting on the washer is the normal setting, you can even change how high your spin is, how cool is that? This was so easy to set up and start using. Have I discussed with how quiet this washer is? I can not even really hear it running when we are using it. Oh something else cool about this washer is the Self Clean! It's super easy to use as well and the manual explains how to use all the different settings on this nifty washer! I highly recommend this to anyone!

Newer model has nicer features, larger door opening and slightly larger drum. Overall much nicer unit and similar enough in design to blend in with our original dryer that is still operational.

I can put a queen size comforter in it and the vibration reduction technology does its job. It’s actually smaller in length than my previous washer but holds so much more. I love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Samsung Front Loader Washer about 3 weeks ago. It is working great. I have had no issue with it. Although the washer is easy to use, I would have like the user manual to provide some information and instructions on all the functions.
