[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’ve had this for a week. It’s quiet. It washes very well. Looking forward to washing larger items such as blankets. And using the bedding and sanitize modes. Really to soon to give a great review. The only thing I wish it had was a regular beep to cycle start/finish I know there are different sounds and an off altogether. The chime gets a little old real quick. Other than that....so far so good. I’m happy with the purchase.

Bought this machine 1 1/2 years ago . Last Night it flooded my floor ( I heard the water pouring onto floor ) . I dont know where the water came from but I know where it did not come from . The hoses are perfect and connection to machine also perfect ( no water) . So the issue is the machine itself . I double checked the filter which had barley a piece of lint in it . I unplugged it .. waited plugged again just to get water out of machine .... well it wouldnt spin or drain . I used the emergency drain to try to get the water out and NO water came out yet there is water in the machine. You dont expect a washer to flood your floor being 1 1/2 years old .. so beware .. the machine also never once had anything pop up to self clean . I do make sure it is clean but no message like they said . I was a long time Samsung appliance user ( my fridge , my dishwasher ) BUT they are not making things like they used to . I am looking for a new machine since warranty was for 1 year ( used to be 2 years .. wonder why .. you know why ) ... so I wont be buying Samsung . do not buy this or you might have a flood and yes it causes lots of issues when floor is flooded.

The LED display and springy chime when powered are are sure to excite even the most grimmest of laundry doers. I was impressed with the 9 preset options available to me. Specifically impressed by the ability to alter preference of rinse, temperature, and soil level (with kids this is essential). The washing machine is quiet and does not shake like previous machines I have owned. I went into another room and could not hear the wash in spin cycle. Impressive. The dryer is equipped with technology that actually senses when your clothes are dry. No more over-estimating or under-estimating dry time. Great duo.

I purchased my Samsung front loader about three years ago. I am so disappointed in it. It molded around the rubber seal within one year, so it constantly smells moldy. They instruct you to leave the door open so that does not happen but then you have a puddle in front of your washer because the door has water still around it. So my new flooring is getting ruined. It needs a lot of maintenance, like running the self clean cycle with bleach inside the drum to prevent molding. Wiping down the rubber seal around the door after every wash. I just wish someone would have informed me of these issues before we purchased it.

Compared to my older washer this washer is so quiet outside of my laundry room I can’t even tell it’s running. My clothes are super clean now. The features are amazing. I am confident that no matter how small or large the load is they will come out clean. I have a large family so I am constantly doing laundry and what used to take me two full days now takes just one day. The different cycles make it easy to do super small delicate loads and huge soiled loads with ease. Super easy to understand what cycle I need for my dirty items. Super pleased with this machine.

By God’s grace He built me a house. One year in the ice maker on my Samsung Family Hub had problems. Same year my Samsung dishwasher had issues, and now my washer is malfunctioning. Save your money for another brand. I’m tired of trying to get “All Things Samsung” repaired. Only trust reviews that have used the product for some time.

We bought the washer 4 months ago and the first couple washes were ok. Then the tub inside would bounce and hit the door when the spin cycle started and stopped. I called samsung support twice and with a bunch of hassle almost 2 months later I finally had someone come and take a look. The tech did not do a thorough check and told me to try a load which he told me 4 towels is as much as I can put in. Of course it worked fine. After he left I put what a normal load of laundry should look like and it bounced everywhere. I called samsung again and because the tech said there's nothing wrong, they can't send a new tech or refund etc. I am so disappointed. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I bought this.

Love that the chime is also more musical than just a regular ding noise. Have several settings that you can use. The drum is also large enough for bedding. The brushed black is also very pretty.
