There are enough options for the settings to choose from to fit all my needs...whites, actives, beddings etc, I also like the Self Clean reminder. I don't have to worry about keeping track of when I last did the cleaning. It uses less water than my previous machine and is pretty quiet. I would highly recomment it.

one of the counter weights of the drum broke off; searching the reviews i see it's happened to others too. the replacement process has been horrible too; i am now giving up getting another samsung and going to work on getting cash back and buying a different brand. buyer beware....

I purchased my Samsung front loader about three years ago. I am so disappointed in it. It molded around the rubber seal within one year, so it constantly smells moldy. They instruct you to leave the door open so that does not happen but then you have a puddle in front of your washer because the door has water still around it. So my new flooring is getting ruined. It needs a lot of maintenance, like running the self clean cycle with bleach inside the drum to prevent molding. Wiping down the rubber seal around the door after every wash. I just wish someone would have informed me of these issues before we purchased it.

I like the soap measuring drawer, that it's very quiet, the way I'm able to choose the settings and that there is a timer letting me know how long each cycle has to go. I also like the cute tune it plays when the close are finished washing. My close come out clean and well spun to go into the dryer.

An issue we had was the graphics on the control panel. They slowly started to fade. We contacted support and within a few weeks, the panel was replaced. For the price, this washer is top notch.

The washer has all the features I was looking for and doesn't use a lot of water. The perfect washer for my household.

It came with the house, and was brand new. The washer did a wonderful job at washing clothes. It is quiet, and seems to be very efficient. The reason I gave it a three Star rating is because it is a front load washer. This is the second front load washer we have owned, and after the first, I said, I would never buy one. But it came with the house we bought. We have lived here for two years and it is time to replace the washer. The problem with front load washers is that no matter what you do, they always tend to smell like mold and mildew. We would leave the front door open on the washer. After each load, I cleaned the washer every time it started to smell or when the washing machine told me it needed cleaned. I ended up just cleaning it no matter what every two weeks. It still smells! I just don’t understand that at all.

The washer is quiet and the dryer works good. I like that you can see how many mins there are left in the cycle and all the ways to customize settings. They are also very pretty! Love the color and the sounds. 😊

i have had this washer only two weeks and it shakes and vibrates so much it is terrible. a technician came and looked at it but found nothing wrong. this is my second samsung but will probably be my last unless something changes. i am so disappointed and don’t know what else to do.
