(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We love our Samsung front load washer. It’s very quiet and energy efficient. We haven’t experienced any problems with it since purchased three years ago. Always a reminder to take your clothes out right after a wash is completed to avoid smells.

Clothes are cleaner, it's more quiet and it doesn't damage the clothes like the top loads with agitator. Beat the competition price, value & features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer on Black Friday 2023. It was delivered mid December 2023. This washer is a tremendous value. Uses less water than top loaded Washers. The vibration is minimal. Would recommend this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the washer seems to do what's expected. However, both installation instructions and those that were managed by Samsung were a disaster. Further Samsung support was unbelievably, unprofessional, un helpful. The number of engagements was excessive. I'd give a ZERO rating if I could. I cannot say enough awful things. I tried to return with failured for 3 weeks!!! I was professional the whole time, Samsung WAS NOT!

Purchased the washer/dryer set today to replace a Kenmore set. After setting up began the calibration as per the manual and the washer only buzzed, and lasted for about 5 min then shut off. Tried to run a cycle with no laundry, same thing. The door was even able to be opened as this was happening. I am familiar with the sequence of events when a cycle starts as the Kenmore is identical to the Samsung and there is no door lock after any cycle is selected. It just goes bzzzzzzzzzz...... So needless to say this is an absolutely horrible experience and not one that I predict is able to be resolved promptly after dropping 2.5k on the set. I'll be in touch with Best Buy tomorrow to begin this process.

I had a Samsung one for about 9 years before it finally stopped, and knew I wanted to replace it with another Samsung. Everything is working as expected. I love all of the features the washer has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago. It cleans very well. My clothes smell and feel cleaner than the Speed Queen that I replaced. The capacity is very large. The best feature is the ability to set each part if the load cycle. Extra rinse, no spin, kind of hot, no problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love getting new appliances so when we received our new Samsung washer I was excited to start using it. We had a older Samsung set we liked but we were definitely in need of an upgrade. This machine works effortlessly and barely makes a sound. I wasn’t so sure I was going to like the white color since most of our home appliances are stainless steel or black stainless steel but in the end it really didn’t matter. I was disappointed though that this washer doesn’t come with a steam option and our older set did so that was a big bummer. I do like that these can be stacked on top of each other for space optimization. The washer is 27in with a pretty large 4.5cu ft drum. It holds a full load of clothes which i need with my kids and cleans them really well. I really enjoy the smart touch feature and the LED display that makes it easy to read. It comes with 10 preset washing cycles, 6 additional washing options and 5 temperature levels. The smart phone feature is super useful in managing your washer and I really love the self clean option since cleaning a washing machine I don’t consider fun. It is energy star compliant which is always nice since we watch how much electric we use closely. Even with missing the steam option this machine cleans well and it’s the first machine i recall having that had its own separate whites or active wear settings. I am very happy with this washer.
