I am an adult but I still liked these. Green apple is a good flavor rather than standard honey. I don't have a sore throat so I can't speak to effectiveness, but these are nice to keep on hand!

My kids said it did help him feel better when his throat hurt, I could tell them love the flavor and enjoy having pops when they don't feel well. However, since I didn't personally try it, I cannot tell if they just like pops or hoe effective it is
