I'm not sure exactly how much this product actually helps. However, I get sore throats a lot and propolis is a proven immune-boosting ingredient. They taste great, so I guess you can't really go wrong!

I know these are ment for kids but I had the flu and couldn’t find anything that helped with my sore throat and cough. I figured I’d try the suckers and throat spray and both worked great.

Not sure how effective it was- kid still complained his throat was sore after, but he did enjoy the sucker. I had my doubts because he doesn't care for green apple anything, but he liked it! I like that this is natural without all the added garbage.
