It has a massaging kind of feeling due to the different heights of the mattress pad, so it seems to have like pressure points support, which makes you relax while you are going to sleep.

It is very supportive and gives a cuddle feel when sleeping. I am a notorious side sleeper, and this mattress perfectly contours to my shoulders and hips. Also, the daily aches and pains I get when I wake up first thing in the morning are gone. I had no idea that my old mattress caused me so much discomfort. I just thought I was getting old. My only regret is not getting this mattress sooner.

My husband and I are so glad we got this mattress. It is comfortable, light weight, and has just enough cushion without being too squishy where we just sink in. I wasn't sure at first when I laid on the bed as it is definitely firmer than our memory foam mattress. Since sleeping on our Serta Perfect Sleeper I have not had any additional pain. In fact, it provides me with additional comfort and support, which has enabled me to sleep more soundly.
