[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great addition to my kitchen cookware! Easy to use and clean. Made perfect steak and asparagus for dinner. Love that they DON'T come with lids and I can just use my universal lid I already have.

I have a set of Caphalon pots and pans I purchased in 2003. The stainless steel pot %26 braiser are in great condition but two of the pans are Teflon coated so I decided to toss them and purchase these three pans in anticipation they were heavy in weight like the set I have already. They are not. They actually feel like aluminum in my hands. That being said, they cook great and clean-up is a breeze. If something sticks, I simply add water to the empty pan for fifteen minutes and voila, everything wipes right off Just be sure you heat the pans properly before adding your oil*butter, a common mistake many cooks make Yes, I wish they were heavier but I don't regret buying them.
