The fabric that this set is made with is soft and gentle, but durable for a child to play and do most activities and still be comfy throughout the day. The hoodie is a nice, neutral color with a cute design and the pants are black, so it is easy to wear for any occasion. Boys are active and this outfit is just right for functionality of a busybody. I would say the pants fot well, but the hoodie is fits slightly smaller than i expected it. The hoodie is quite slim in my opinion. I believe if you choose this size for 4-5 years old, then it should fit well. The material is very soft and warm inside, on the hoodie and the pants. It should be good for chill mornings or evenings in fall or spring. The pants are in black color and the hoodies is in light gray and I liked this color match.
