The mattress is soft, it's comfortable it's firm! It provides relief in my back. It helps me stay asleep. I absolutely love it.

The perfect comfort as it's not too firm but a perfect touch of cushion, I also so much better and now my roommate is going to get the king of this mattress as mine was a queen. I can't forgot to mention the delivery company was on top of it, called me when they were close and helped take it up and set it up on my bed and took the old mattress. He was also very respectful of my property, took his shoes off without me having to ask. Very kind

It's the nicest mattress I've owned and I've been sleeping really well since I got it. Previously I was sleeping on a firm mattress and I thought that's what I needed. This medium mattress is so much more comfortable! I'm a side sleeper and I feel so cushioned and comfy sleeping on it. My boyfriend loves sleeping in it too and it's just the right amount of support for his back. We've been getting really good sleep since we switched to this mattress and we're super happy with it! It's well made and constructed and should last for a very long time.

Since this is a big life altering purchase, I was very careful in my selection. I'm very happy with my choice. This is a Very comfortable mattress. It has the perfect in between of soft and firm, it's like baby bears porridge “just right. It's also a keep cool design, so I don't get overheated at night and my back, and hips feel great!

Although it's listed as firm, I did not feel it's as firm as some which is perfect for me. I appreciate the fact that it's blue and not white so just in case there's ever a staying it doesn't show. One thing to note is that you can't not flip this over since the cushion is strictly on the top side. But if you're anything like me, you're not good about flipping mattresses. Anyways. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking to upgrade.

It helps me so much and is very comfortable. I like that this mattress isn't a super thick one so the sheet fits it nicely and isn't always falling off. I highly recommend the Serta brand!

It's been hard to adjust from a soft memory foam to a more firm mattress but I stand by our decision. It is much better for my back. I haven't had as much back pain transitioning to a more firm mattress. My biggest thing is falling asleep. I just can't get comfortable. We've been using this mattress for approximately one week and everyday it continues to get better. I really love that it's not bright white. We always put a protector on our mattress but you never know if anything will eventually get through. It's holding up quite nicely and we are starting to enjoy having this mattress.
