It is the perfect amount of softness, but you do not feel like you're sinking in to the mattress. You can feel the quality when you touch it. I have had some great nights sleep and look forward to many more!

The matress is nice and firm not to soft not to hard . It's got a nice thickness to it so happy with this . I have back problems and usually can't sleep through out the night but I didn't have a problem sleeping on this mayress .

I'm very picky on what kind of mattress I use because recently I had a back surgery. The firmness was very good and i feel like the mattress great for my back . I sleep longer and I wake up feeling better than ever . The mattress is very good quality .

Although it's listed as firm, I did not feel it's as firm as some which is perfect for me. I appreciate the fact that it's blue and not white so just in case there's ever a staying it doesn't show. One thing to note is that you can't not flip this over since the cushion is strictly on the top side. But if you're anything like me, you're not good about flipping mattresses. Anyways. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking to upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Serta Perfect sleeper is so comfortable! I lay on it and instantly fall asleep! I have used this for a while now and I used to constantly wake up and it was hard to walk because my back hurt so bad. This mattress does not make my back hurt! It is so nice. It also is very easy to flip when I need to flip to level it out.

I am going to assume that this mattress has had several bodies on it prior to me receiving it. fortunately, I have only been using the mattress a few days (it was delivered 4/17/23) and it is very comfy! so, I can only assume maybe it was lightly used while in the store? I prefer a firm mattress, and this one is just the right firmness. I know that with time they will soften, but I don't see this mattress getting TOO soft. so far I am pleased with this item and would recommend!

She was really struggling to get a good nights sleep on the current mattress we had so she chose the couch for the last few months. We got the new perfect sleeper and she is sleeping better then she ever has, her words, not mine!

She's been having a hard time sleeping and getting comfortable the past 6 months or so. This mattress is the perfect firmness. We ordered a medium firmness and we got a medium firmness No debating that! We both loved the mattress itself was dark in color. This will be great for all those small little naggy stains that end up showing up on mattresses. I had a decent wait to it so it took three of us to get it in the house. Once on the bed we quickly all gave it a try and everyone agreed that it was comfy. The true test was the report my mother gave me their next day. She told me that she has not slept so well in years! What a relief for my sweet mother to finally be able to have a good night's sleep. She says that the firmness is spot on not too soft but not too firm. It doesn't sag or feel bumpy in any way. I think I may have to get one for myself now!

It is SO incredibly comfortable, firm with a little give, so you don't feel like you're sleeping on concrete. Seriously it allows me to sleep the best I have in ages! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the absolutely horrendous chemical-like smell of the new mattress as soon as I took the plastic off. I had to leave the window open and the fan on in the bedroom for 6 days so it could air out before I could even try it out. The smell is so overwhelming it triggered my asthma. It is much better now than it was upon arrival but still quite noticeable. All-in-all I am very pleased.
