[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mattress! I'm so happy that we got it! We switched from a 9 year old memory foam mattress and the difference is incredible. Our old mattress was very hot and developed a hump in the middle, with two valleys on the sides, where we sleep. This mattress is not hot at all! It is also pretty firm compared to our old one. The pillow top is really nice and firm too. It is a deep mattress, but I haven't had any issues with sheets popping off the corners. My husband and I are side and back sleepers and it seems to be perfect for us!

My husband likes a firm mattress and I prefer soft. This is a perfect solution to our preferences! The coils are nice for support and offered a wonderful nights sleep. This mattress is durable and I think we will get many years out of it.

I've found that medium firm is perfect for me, as it offers sturdy support, but is still very comfortable with the added pillow top. My partner prefers a firmer bed and I prefer a softer bed, and this mattress has been a perfect compromise for us. My partner suffers from back pain and has found this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. On an aesthetic note, the dark cobalt shade is very pretty and the top of the mattress has a beautiful design. This is my first time trying a Serta mattress, and I cannot recommend it enough!

I had been reading online to try to choose the best fit for me and its said that medium would be best for me since I'm overweight and a side sleeper but my husband is a back sleeper and also overweight. To my surprise when the mattress arrive, it was a lot firmer than I thought it would be. Like a lot firmer. The first night trying to sleep on the new mattress was hard, I tossed and turn all night. The second night was better but not by much. I looked online and read that it can take up to 1 month to break the bed in and for it to be more comfortable. It has been almost 3 weeks since I received the new mattress and I still think it's firm. This is not at all what I thought medium would be like. I sleep through the night now but I still waking up with some back pain because I don't think the mattress is supportive enough for me as a side sleeper. My husband said that he like the new mattress and that he has slept much better. Overall, I thought the mattress would be softer since it's a medium but I guess I will just have to get used to this mattress. Maybe if I'm really lucky, the mattress will break in even more and be more comfortable for me.

I'm glad that I got this Serta mattress and I can tell my back pain reduces rapidly after the first week. The most notable difference from this mattress is the blue color. But since I use a mattress cover, it doesn't make a big deal. However, even if you dont use any cover, blue is a good choice because it helps to hide stain or any remark really well, thus the mattres always looks clean and neat. By the way, the mattress is firm and very well made. The surface is covered with CoolFeel fabric so I can feel the chill as soon as I lye down. I guess that may be a factor to help my back pain getting better. It also helps me to sleep better, especially during any heat wave days. Now I do believe the saying that you can have a good sleep in a good mattress.
